QRESH Manager required. Must be a Team Leader experienced in H&S, Quality, Compliance, Chemical Regulations and ISO/ GMP auditing.

SRG is working with a leading distributor of speciality chemicals and minerals. They operate across sectors such as coatings, pharma, food, cosmetics/ personal care and other industrial markets. They are looking for a QRESH Manager that comes from a manufacturing background, must have line managed and had direct reports, H&S trained and have implemented and overseen HSE related duties, extensive knowledge of quality and compliance standards, is fully versed and has extensive knowledge of chemical regulations, and is a trained auditor in ISO, GPM or equivalent.

Role/Description:
Line management of the QRESH team, supporting training and development
Designated Responsible Person to ensure business compliance
Advising on all H&S and Regulatory matters and compiling and filing documentation accordingly
Overseeing QC Team and supporting with creating and implementing correct protocols
Overseeing the audit function and supporting with supplier evaluationRequirements:
Experience working on a Chemical site
Trained auditor to ISO and/ or GMP
Must come from a manufacturing background (e.g. Chemical, Pharma, or Food)
Knowledge of QC principles
Experience in a H&S role
Extensive knowledge of Chemical Regulations and other certifications/safety and quality standards (e.g. REACH, BRC, GMP, FSSC 22000)
