As our QHSE Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving safety, compliance and continual improvement across Shaw Pipeline Services, ensuring our teams continue to deliver industry-leading Non-Destructive Testing services with confidence.
At Shaw Pipeline Services, safety, quality and operational excellence are at the heart of everything we do. Reporting to our Global HSE Manager, you'll take ownership of our Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems across the Eastern Hemisphere. Based from our Great Yarmouth office with hybrid working available, you'll also travel to our Inverness office on a quarterly basis to support our wider operations.

Your responsibilities as QHSE Manager
Maintain and continually improve our ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management systems
Provide expert advice and guidance on quality, health, safety and environmental matters across the business
Lead audits, inspections, compliance reviews, incident investigations and risk assessments
Monitor performance, analyse KPIs and implement corrective and preventative improvement actions
Support future accreditation programmes while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and client requirements
Promote a positive safety culture through effective engagement with managers and operational teams
What we're looking for in a QHSE Manager
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management systems
NEBOSH qualification and Internal Auditor certification
Proven ability to implement, maintain and improve integrated management systems
Experience carrying out audits, investigations, compliance reviews and risk assessments
Background within engineering, industrial services, manufacturing, energy or another operational environment would be advantageous
Working Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working is available with a minimum of three days per week based in our Great Yarmouth office. Quarterly travel to our Inverness office will be required.
