We're recruiting for a QHSE Engineer to join a leading electronics manufacturing business based in Andover.

The Role
As a QHSE Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining management systems, driving compliance, and promoting a positive safety culture across the business.
Key responsibilities include:

Conducting health & safety inspections and audits

Investigating quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints
*
Managing supplier quality and carrying out supplier audits
*
Supporting and maintaining ISO management systems
*
Leading continuous improvement initiatives
*
Delivering training and promoting best practices across the business
