Job Opportunity: Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Coordinator

Our client, a market leader within their industry are looking for a new member to join their QHSE department within a fast-paced manufacturing organisation. Under the guidance of the QHSE Manager and alongside a supportive team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld throughout our operations. While prior experience is beneficial, peer-training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and follow up on Supplier Corrective Action Reports to drive improvement through the supply chain.
Identify, document, and resolve nonconformities and customer complaints, facilitating Root Cause Analysis when necessary.
Assist in identifying and resolving health and safety incidents, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Support the development and maintenance of company health, safety, and environmental management systems.
Verify compliance of received goods with ASME BPVC Section II standards and assist with data collection and trend analysis.
Conduct internal audits and provide general administrative support to the QHSE department.
Produce project documentation using company templates and assist with equipment calibration and welding prolongation records.
Monitor and maintain the external standards library, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Provide guidance to peers on QHSE matters and collaborate with various departments to address issues. Requirements:

Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in inspecting electrical/mechanical products in industries such as Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, or Pharmaceutical.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, 45001 & 14001 management systems.
Proficiency in using standard measuring equipment and reading engineering drawings.
Understanding or knowledge of ATEX, PD5500, ASME, PED, etc. Why Join:
