QC Microbiology Analyst

Description:

Talentmark are recruiting for a QC Microbiology Analyst to join a Pharmaceutical Services Company in Central Belt Scotland.

This is a permanent role with Mon-Fri day time working hours and is site based.

The Role:

You will undertake the tasks and analytical processes involved in method feasibility/development/validation, day to day analysis, data interpretation and documentation of samples for microbiology analysis.

Responsibilities:

Undertake microbiology analysis and quantitative interpretation of any resultant data generated following defined protocols and procedures.
Generate analytical reports and certificates of analysis for any data generated.
Complete all assigned work to the appropriate level of science, quality and regulatory compliance.
Present a professional manner at all times when dealing with internal and external customers.
Carry out all work to the requested specifications and timescales.
Ensure all work undertaken meets with the prescribed requirements of the Quality System and the requirements of cGMP.
Your Background:

Educated to degree level in Microbiology or a related field.
Strong Microbiology laboratory skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience of Aseptic Technique and experience in a pharmaceutical industry laboratory
Experience of working to cGMP.
Knowledge of QPulse QMS would be beneficial.
Excellent attention to detail, communication and documentation skills.
