Contract: Permanent, Days, 4 on 4 off, 6am – 6pm

The role
An opportunity has arisen for a QA Technician to join the Technical team. Reporting into the Technical Supervisor, you will monitor quality system compliance and effectiveness through planned audits and independent process control checks to ensure that our clients products comply with food safety legislation, meet the technical and quality specification and are manufactured at best cost.
The person
Our ideal candidate will ideally have proven experience in a specification role, ideally in a high risk chilled production environment, understanding of HACCP, an understanding of Microbiology / Chemistry, extensive knowledge of Food legislation, safety and quality and self-motivated and responsible for time management.
