Some objectives:
Define and implement a Quality Assurance Framework that can be embedded into a Retail function, considering the wide range of processes and requirements.
Ensure the correct process maps and policies are in place to facilitate the framework.
Document how quality failures are treated, including evidence production and reviewing the standard post-correction.
Produce a recommendation to ensure the end-to-end process can be handed over and managed, which may include recommending additional roles, and writing requirements for those roles
