Q&A Site Manager

Description:

Linsco are currently recruiting for a Q&A Manager to start work in Hull.

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities for the new build distribution warehouse meet the highest standards of quality and comply with all relevant regulations and specifications. The successful candidate will implement and manage quality control procedures and work closely with the project team to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance plan for the new build distribution warehouse project.
Oversee all quality control activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor quality and ensure adherence to established procedures.
Identify and address any quality issues or defects, working with site personnel to implement corrective actions.
Review and approve materials, workmanship, and equipment used in the project to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed quality assurance records, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
Liaise with project managers, site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all quality requirements are understood and met.
Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of continuous improvement in quality and safety.
Prepare and present regular quality assurance reports to project stakeholders.
Manage and resolve any disputes or issues related to quality, working to maintain a positive and collaborative project environment.ISO 9001
