QA Lead – Finland – 12 month FTC – Construction/Data Centres – up to £600 per day D.O.E
Quality Manager required to join a rapidly growing team. You will play a key role in leading the delivery of a high value Hyperscale Data centre construction project in Finland.
You can either be full time in Finland or based in country for 11 days and then return to the UK for 3 days.
Flights and accommodation are provided as well as a hire car. In addition, you will be provided a 60 euros per day living allowance.
1. Developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures.
2. Conducting inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications.
3. Providing guidance and support to project teams on quality-related matters.
4. Collaborating with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to address quality issues and resolve conflicts.
5. Monitoring construction processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
6. Reviewing project documentation and maintaining quality records.
7. Leading quality training sessions for project staff.
8. Managing quality-related documentation and reporting.
9. Participating in project meetings and providing input on quality-related topics.
Candidate
Degree or qualification in a related field – Desirable
Experience in a quality control role within a construction setting – Essential
Experience working on Data Centres, Petro-chem or Pharmaceutical projects - Desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems
