What we do.
Our Bakkavor Pizza site based in Holbeach, Lincolnshire make stuffed crust, stone baked – high volume pizzas for customers including Tesco’s, Waitrose, Co-op and Sainsburys.
About the role.
To audit, monitor, improve and evaluate quality systems and procedures and provide technical support for the operational teams while maintaining and promoting technical and quality standards in line with business needs and customer requirements with guidance from QA Supervisor / Manager.
You will be responsible for completing audits against Quality Management Systems, GMP and HACCP controls, raising all non-conformances against relevant standards with objective evidence and effectively communicate to enable the operational teams to take the appropriate and necessary corrective action.
You will help ensure the procedures that form our Quality System are followed across the site and that products leaving the factory meet our high-quality standards, customer expectation and legal requirements.
About you.
You will have previous experience within a similar Technical/QA role in a FMCG environment, with knowledge of the food environment being a real advantage. You will be an excellent communicator who can work on their own initiative and has a proactive and innovative approach to problem solving. You will always adopt a thorough and diligent approach to every task and you will be able to demonstrate our key values of customer care, can-do attitude, teamwork and not just getting it right but keeping it right.
