Job Title - QA Auditor
Location - Wymondham
Working hours - Monday to Friday - 6am till 4pm
Salary - £ 31 k to £ 33 k + overtime rates.
ISQ Recruitment is working on behalf of a well - regarded client in the Wymondham area to find a QA Auditor.

Overview of Role :
The QA Auditor will champion Food Safety, Quality and Hygiene standards in the factory, supporting and advising the manufacturing teams in these areas.
The role will mostly be factory facing and will have responsibilities for auditing compliance against Quality Management Systems, GMP standards, Due Diligence and Customer Standards.
Accountabilities :
Supporting the Technical Manager in implementing our Food Safety. Quality and Hygiene systems in line with business growth and development.
The role will be responsible for ensuring the company QMS is maintained and up to date.
Ensuring compliance with BRC and Customer technical standards / codes of practice. Key responsibilities :
Goods in checks.
Paperwork checking (twice per shift).
Temperature checks – raw materials, defrosting, cooked product frozen product.
Thermometer and scale verification checks.
Check weigher & Metal detection verification checks.
Micro swabbing & Product sampling for external laboratory.
Glass / hard plastic audits - production areas. Likely Attributes, Qualifications and Experience :
Food Hygiene Level 2 or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role and a proven track record within either frozen, chilled or bakery sectors of food manufacturing industry.
Full UK driving licence desirable/essential due to rural location. Benefits:
