Hygrove Partners are recruiting a PV Supervisor on behalf of one of the fastest-growing, most modern and exciting construction firms in the UK, delivering solar PV installations across new build and social housing developments in the West Midlands.
The Role:
Supervising solar PV installation teams across new build developments and social housing schemes, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day supervision of PV installation teams
* Ensuring compliance with electrical, MCS and H&S requirements
* Quality control, testing and sign-off of completed installations
* Coordinating with project managers, clients and other trades on site
* Mentoring less experienced electricians
What We're Looking For:
* NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification (or equivalent) with solar PV experience
* Supervisory experience on residential sites
* 18th Edition; solar PV / MCS-related training desirable
* Valid CSCS / ECS card and full UK driving licence
What's on Offer:
* £45,000 - £52,000 + Company Van
* A genuine supervisory role within a growing renewables division
