Experienced Purchasing, Logistics and Operations Associate | West Sussex | Full Time preferred | £28,000-£30,000 – to be reviewed after 6 months

Your role will include planning, negotiating and placing purchase orders for both immediate and longer-term scheduled orders. Liaising between manufacturing, design and quality teams to ensure correct components and materials are purchased to meet production requirements. Also, BoM management – creating editing and monitoring within the ERP system. There will also be other general ad-hock office related tasks to undertake on a weekly basis.

Please note- Full time hours are 37.5 hrs per week as follows: Monday – Thursday 08:30 am – 17:00pm with half hour for lunch, Friday 08:30am – 14:00pm.

What will your role as an Experienced Purchasing, Logistics and Operations Associate look like?

Learning and using GBE’s ERP and MRP system
Building relationships with suppliers and customers
Managing order flows and stock for production
Effective communication between internal and external customers and suppliers
Following internal processes and procedures
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
