Purchasing & HR Assistant
Up to £32,000
Leicester, Cadeby
8:30am - 5:00pm onsite
A growing and well-established construction business is seeking an organised Purchasing & HR Assistant to support its busy office. You will play a key role in supporting the HR and Purchasing teams with meetings, deliveries & invoices.
Key responsibilities:
Dealing closely with suppliers, ensuring invoices are processed accurately using the CRM
Reconcile supplier invoices, investigate discrepancies and ensure all supporting documentation is in place
Chase and obtain proof of deliveries
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, handling queries and supporting purchasing activities
Provide HR administrative support, including preparing paperwork, attending HR meetings and handling sensitive employee information confidentially
Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail
What we’re looking for:
Some experience in either HR or purchasing is preferred
Excellent organisation and strong attention to detail
Great communication and time management
Driving licence and accesss to a vehicle would be advantageous due to location
