We are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator to join an established and friendly company based in St Albans, they are currently going through a substantial period of growth and so it is an exciting time to join them.

Key responsibilities for the Purchasing Administrator:
* Raise purchase orders, follow up, check deliveries against invoices and associated administrative processes.
* All direct materials and services to support facilities management and construction site team activities.
* Monitor receipts and returns against purchase orders.
* All indirect purchasing for the business activities and property company activities such as office and hygiene supplies, building access and control and record keeping.
* Processing Plant hire and own plant management.
For this Purchasing Administrator role the client is looking for:
* At least 1 year administration experience with an interest in accounts/finance administration
* Competent using all Microsoft Office applications
* Able to communicate effectively and with a high standard of professionalism and integrity with all required individuals and organisations
* Able to manage own work and prioritise as necessary
