Job Summary:
We are currently representing a role on behalf of our client based in Goole.
In this role you will provide administrative support to the Purchasing team and provide a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Main Duties:
* Planning, maintaining and raising of purchase orders with suppliers.
* To ensure all financial transactions relevant to purchasing are managed and processed promptly and accurately.
* Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
* Assistance in maintaining the budget plan.
* Assisting with and leading on working relationships with suppliers.
Person Specification:
* Proficient in Microsoft packages.
