Purchasing Administrator

Are you an experienced Purchasing Administrator who would like an amazing opportunity to make your mark as part of a very well established business based in Bradford, BD4?

You will form part of an amazing team for a very well established distribution business.

Duties;

· Liaising with existing Suppliers and maintainig great relationships

· Review existing and new Supplier records

· Good professional telephone manner

· Good excel spread sheet skills to manipulate data

· Placing of purchase orders after Purchasing manager has negotiated pricing

· General office administration

·

Candidate Requirements:

· Strong communication skills, oral and written

· Must have strong Excel skills

· IT Proficient - Microsoft Office and ordering systems

· Good telephone manner

· Organised and efficient

· Resilient

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700

Salary

An annual salary of up to £25,000 will be offered dependant on experience of the candidate
