PART-TIME ADMINISTRATOR WANTED – HEREFORD!
Red Recruitment Group Worcester are recruiting!
We’re looking for an organised, reliable and computer-literate Part-Time Administrator / Purchase Order Assistant to join a busy team based in Hereford.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Days: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
Hours: 6 hours per day (18 hours per week)
Start time: Flexible between 8am and 10am
Location: Hereford
What will you be doing?
General office administration
Data entry and updating computer systems
Processing and maintaining purchase order information
Managing emails and administrative records
Using Excel, spreadsheets and CRM systems
Liaising with suppliers and supporting the wider team
What are we looking for?
Previous experience using computer systems
Good IT skills, ideally including Excel and CRM systems
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A reliable and professional approach
