Temporary Purchase Ledger/Expenses Assistant – Start September 2026, c 2 months, Bedford, £15 per hour
We are supporting a growing business in the Bedford area in their search for a Temporary Finance Assistant who will be mainly responsible for purchase ledger and expenses.
Working in a busy and fast paced accounts environment, your duties as the Purchase Ledger/Expenses Assistant will include:
* Posting purchase invoices
* Payment runs
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Query resolution
* Processing expenses
* Ad hoc support to Accounts Payable Supervisor/senior finance team
* Provide support to colleagues as and when needed
Experience of working with COINS software is essential. You must be available to start early September, and the role is expected to last for around 2 months.
This role is aimed at a Finance Assistant who is a confident Excel user with proven hands-on purchase ledger experience. The role is 100% office based. Onsite parking
