Purchase Ledger Clerk – Kerridge experience required

£33,000

North London

My client is a well-known reputable Ironmongery company that has been trading for over 51 years. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them on a permanent basis.

Duties:

* Reconcile supplier statements, research and correct discrepancies and maintaining notes on supplier records

* Ensure credit balances are resolved promptly.

* Keep accurate logs of invoices sent for authorization

* Verify supplier accounts are accurate and up to date.

* Monthly payment runs

* Providing support to other areas of the finance department.

* Other AdHoc Duties where required to support the accounts function.

Requirements:

Proficient in Excel

A confident user of using Kerridge

Ability to multitask

Other points you need to know:

This is a 8am to 5.30 pm role

Office Based – No hybrid working

Busy office
