SF Recruitment is recruiting for an excellent business based in the South Nottinghamshire area who are looking for a Permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk working full-time on a permanent basis. Our client boasts a friendly and welcoming team and an open plan, modern working environment for the successful candidate. If you are an experienced Accounts Professional, in particular with Sales and Purchase Ledger experience, seeking a fantastic challenge this could be the ideal role for you.

Responsibilities include:

Responsible for processing supplier stock invoices against Goods Received Notes
Ensure that the ledger is accurate and up to date.
Raising queries on price, quantity and product discrepancy with buying team.
Chasing suppliers for credit notes
Supplier statement reconciliations.
Skills Required:

Minimum of 2 years working in a financial environment
Thorough understanding of double entry
Able to work well with others as part of a small team.
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good level of excel
