Match invoices to relevant purchase information and resolve basic discrepancies.
Maintain supplier account details to support accurate payment records.
Prepare purchase ledger information for payment processing.
Respond to supplier queries and provide clear updates on account information.
Review outstanding invoice items and follow up where further details are needed.
