Description
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process supplier invoices
Dealing with queries regarding Purchase Order's
Matching invoices against delivery notes
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
Assisting in Prepayment runs and ensuring payment is raised within a timely mannerProfile
The successful candidate will have:
Completed a similar role previously
Excellent attention to detail skills
Great Communication skills
Competency with accounting software such as Sage
Knowledge of accounts payable procedures and processesJob Offer
