Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside their client based in Chesterfield who are looking for a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to assist them during a period of change for 4-6 weeks. This is an office-based role and due to the duration only candidates experienced within the purchase ledger function will be considered for this role.
Daily duties and responsibilities for this role include;
* Bank Reconciliations and transactions
* Managing Purchase Orders
* Processing Expenses
* Producing Invoices
* Supplier Payments
* Providing full purchase ledger support to the PL Team
* Supplier Statement Reconciliations
Our client offer a really lovely work environment and potential for hybrid working once trained in the role. You must be confident and proficient with all aspects of purchase ledger duties. Although the role is full time our client may ultimately be able to consider reduced hours.
