An interim Purchase Ledger Clerk is required to join a large team in a not for profit organisation, where the focus is on maintaining accurate financial records and processing payments efficiently.

Description

Processing invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly
Reconciling supplier statements and managing payments
Assisting with month-end closing activities
Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects
Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Managing the purchase ledger
Resolving financial discrepancies promptlyProfile

A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

A solid understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in accounting software
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills
Experience in a finance-related role
Degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldJob Offer

An estimated hourly wage of between £11 and £13 per hour
A 12 month fixed term contract
Immediate start role
Hybrid working model of 2/3 days working from home
