Description
Processing invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly
Reconciling supplier statements and managing payments
Assisting with month-end closing activities
Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects
Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Managing the purchase ledger
Resolving financial discrepancies promptlyProfile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
A solid understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in accounting software
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills
Experience in a finance-related role
