Description:
Our client is a leading and prestigious environment technologies production and manufacturing company based in Downham Market, due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ a Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk.
Salary will be between £13 - £13.50 depending on experience.
Flexible hours offered: example 10am – 2pm.
Approx. 15 – 20 week per week
Must include a Friday’s.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Processing Purchase Invoices for all 4 companies
Sorting out any issue arising from invoices (difference to PO Qty or prices) with stores and suppliers
Reconciling monthly supplier statements
Preparing the supplier payment runs for all 4 companies at various times of the month.
Processing credit card expenses and reconciling back to monthly statements.
Analyzing some nominal ledger accounts at month end
Some other Accounts Admin work
Experience required for the role:
Purchase Ledger experience
Great interpersonal and communications skills.
Good customer service skills
Ability to work within a team environment but equally capable of working on own initiative.
Ability to work to deadlines
