Process and code supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes.
Handle supplier queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Prepare payment runs and ensure suppliers are paid on time.
Reconcile supplier statements to maintain accurate records.
Assist with month-end tasks, including ledger reviews and reporting.
Maintain organised and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes where needed.Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
Previous experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
A good understanding of purchase ledger processes and systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and colleagues.
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Excel.Job Offer
