Description:
Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a new and exciting permanent opportunity working for a rapidly developing business based in Aston. You will be working as part of a small friendly purchase ledger team and be responsible for processing up to 800 invoices on a monthly basis from start to finish. Your daily duties will include raising purchase orders, matching batching and coding invoices, processing payments by BACs, reconciling supplier statements, resolving supplier queries, process employee expenses, reconciling company credit cards and assisting with any other ad hoc accounting duties as and when required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced purchase ledger professional or a junior finance assistant looking for a new and exciting challenge. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fun, lively, dynamic working environment. You must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. My client is offering 23 days holiday which increases with service, 37.5 hours per week, on site parking, pension, health cash plan and one day working from home
