Description:

We are currently working with a huge client based in Heywood who specialize in Freight and Logistics. They have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 7am-7pm – 35 hours per week.

Key Duties:

In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

* Match, batch and code all purchase invoices

* Processing credit notes/invoices including personal and company expenses

* Sending remittances and liaise with suppliers

* Processing and monitoring petty cash

* Supporting with financial audits

* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve ay issues

Profile:

* Understanding of financial management practices

* Proficient in accounting software

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Experience within a similar role is beneficial
