My client are a leading facilities management company covering the whole of the UK, who are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Team. As part of a small but strong accounting team you will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities:

Generate purchase orders as necessary.
Quickly and accurately match purchase invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes. Process goods received and purchase invoices into the ledger per internal procedures, resolving supplier and site queries promptly.
Booking accommodation for site personnel as directed.
Manage general filing responsibilities.
Undertake various additional tasks as required.Ideally you will have experience within the construction sector although this is not a deal breaker, and will bring the following skills and experience:
What We're Looking For:

Experience of using systems such as Xero
Exceptional accuracy and precision.
Strong ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Methodical, diligent, and proactive in task management.
Understanding of general accounts processes
Prior experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with the construction sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Salary & Benefits:

£26,000 - £28,000 (DOE)
Hybrid working - 2 days WFH
30 days annual leave
Fixed shifts either 8am-4pm or 9am -5pmDisclaimer
