???? About the Role: As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you'll be at the heart of our client's finance operations, responsible for maintaining accurate records of all purchases made by the company. Your day-to-day tasks will include processing invoices, reconciling statements, and resolving supplier queries with finesse and efficiency.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently
Reconciling supplier statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly
Liaising closely with internal departments and external suppliers to address queries and facilitate smooth transactions
Assisting with month-end processes and providing support to the wider finance team as needed???? What We're Looking For: To excel in this role, you'll need:
Proven experience in a similar purchase ledger or accounts payable position
Strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
