Purchase Ledger Assistant

Type: Temp (potential to go permanent)

Hours: Full Time

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £13.50-£14ph DOE

Our friendly client based in Camberley are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team. This role is a temporary position with the potential to go permanent. The hours are full time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.

Main Duties

Carry out day to day accounting tasks within the company

Purchase invoice posting across multi divisions and splitting costs between COGS and Admin , expenses, statement reconciliations, Credit card analysis, payment batch postings, reconciliation work and various other ad hoc finance requirements.

Assist with month end close processes including reconciling intercompany balances with other group companies and ensuring all expected costs have been input into accounting system.

Preparing various reports to assist effective month end close.

Work with the operational departments and become familiar with the service systems

Other duties including admin responsibilities as delegated by the Financial Controller
