Purchase Ledger Assistant Responsibilities:
Process financial data within the Accounts team, primarily focusing on the Purchase Ledger and associated memberships and accounts
Support with cashiering, accounting, and bank procedures
Assist the wider Accounts team during peak times
Learn and understand the Financial Life Cycle process adopted within the business and contribute to managing this policy
Learn and understand Solicitors Accounts Rules and ensure compliance
Produce accurate and high-quality work
Work collaboratively in a friendly team environment
Purchase Ledger Assistant Requirements:
Understanding and experience of Purchase Ledger in a business environment
Strategic thinking ability to tackle challenges logically and step-by-step
Expert eye for detail and strong organisational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Confident and professional communication skills
Excellent team player with a willingness to support others
