We're delighted to be exclusively recruiting a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a growing business based in St Ives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional to join a busy and supportive team, taking ownership of purchase ledger activities while contributing to ongoing process improvements amidst a transition. Within this role, you will report into the Management Accountant
As the incoming Purchase Ledger Administrator, you will:
Process and code supplier invoices accurately.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
Manage supplier and internal queries.
Support payment runs and maintain ledger records.
Assist with month-end processes and system migration activities.As the successful applicant, you will have previous experience within purchase ledger, accounts payable, or a similar finance administration role. You will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and experience using accounting software such as Sage and an AAT qualification would be considered advantageous.
