Salary: £27,000 - £28,000

SF Partners is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy finance team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous purchase ledger experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.
The role will include:
- Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies.
- Preparing and processing payment runs.
- Dealing with supplier queries and resolving invoice and payment issues.
- Maintaining accurate supplier records and ensuring invoices are authorised correctly.
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required.
About you:
- Previous experience within a purchase ledger or accounts payable role.
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Able to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
