We're working with a well-established and growing business in Harrogate that is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join its friendly and supportive finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the detail, takes pride in accurate work, and wants to be part of a business where their contribution genuinely makes a difference.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing high volumes of supplier invoices
* Matching, batching and coding invoices
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
* Preparing payment runs
* Processing employee expenses
* Maintaining accurate supplier records
* Supporting month-end finance processes
* Assisting with continuous improvements within the accounts payable function
About You
* Previous purchase ledger/accounts payable experience
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach
* Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Good Excel and systems skills
