TQR Exeter Ltd are very excited to be working in partnership with a charming country pub surrounded by beautiful Hampshire countryside who offer a delicious, fresh British menu made with as many fabulous local ingredients as they can.
We have an amazing opportunity for a Pub Management couple looking for their next move.
We are seeking a General Manager & Head Chef to start early July 2024 on a full time, permanent basis.

As the General Manager you will be required to:
* Be personable with an infectious personality
* Orchestrate the day to day operations & embrace senior responsibility
* Have an experienced record of leadership
* Have experience in running busy pub operations
* Show a strong commercial and financial understanding
* Have experience running similar sites
As the Head Chef you will be required to:
* Take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients
* Have great leadership skills
* Thrive in the fast pace of the kitchen
* Set yourself and others the very highest standards
* Take full control of the food side of the business
* Be a great communicator who can keep calm under pressure
* Be creative, who can bring new ideas and implement new cooking techniques
* Take pride in every successful service
* Have a hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness
