Description:
Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced PTS Civils Site Supervisor for a long-term position, starting Monday 12th October.
Rate: Negotiable
Start Date: Monday 12th October
Duration: Long-term
Role & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate civils works on site.
Manage site operatives and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inductions where required.
Ensure RAMS are understood and followed by all site personnel.
Monitor site health & safety and ensure compliance with Network Rail and site-specific procedures.
Coordinate plant, labour and materials to maintain productivity.
Liaise with Site Management, Engineers and other contractors.
Carry out quality checks and ensure works are completed to the required standard.
Maintain accurate site records and report progress, issues and delays to management.Requirements
Valid PTS
SSSTS or SMSTS
Valid CSCS
Previous experience supervising civils works within a rail environment.
Strong understanding of health & safety and safe systems of work.
Good leadership and communication skills.
