PART TIME CUSTOMER CARE CO-ORDINATOR REQUIRED FROM SEPTEMBER!
WORKING HOURS: 9AM-1PM 4 DAYS PER WEEK
PAY RATE £15.52 P/H
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with us? Our client is seeking a dynamic Customer Care Coordinator to join their vibrant team on a Temp To Perm basis. This part-time position offers an hourly rate of £15.52 and the chance to play a key role in a small and friendly, fast-paced sales office environment of a mnaufacturing company in High Wycombe.
Your Mission:
As the vital link between our customers and production, you will:
Issue works orders for factory production.
Assist with processing orders and despatch notes.
Support production planning and logistics efforts.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Create and send sales and commercial invoices.
Inform customers when their orders are ready for collection.
Address customer quality concerns with professionalism.
Manage general office tasks like answering calls and maintaining supplies.
Monitor the orders inbox and update KPI and required data.What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in Excel and a knack for logistics.
