TeacherActive are excited to have recently launched our new Kent office and are looking to grow our Teaching Assistant pool across the county. We have been looking to work with recent Psychology graduates in supporting our growing list of partner schools.

The role of a Teaching Assistant can be ideal for psychology graduates looking for a career in the education sector, they are often well-sought after by Schools and SEN settings because of their recent knowledge of therapeutic practises.

This is a great opportunity for Psychology graduates to put their theory into practice and work with students that have various SEN requirements and behavioural challenges.

We are currently supporting schools recruiting Teaching Assistants on a full-time basis across Kent and can also offer part-time, flexible opportunities depending on availability.

Our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you’re paying the right level

The successful candidate will have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
A passion to work in Education
Experience working with children (desirable)
