The Role

As a Psychology Graduate, you may work as a:

SEMH Support Assistant
Behaviour Support Assistant
Teaching Assistant
SEND Teaching Assistant
Learning Mentor
Inclusion Support Assistant
Student Wellbeing Mentor
You'll gain invaluable experience by:

Supporting students on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
Working with pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH needs and additional learning needs.
Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
Helping students build confidence, resilience and independence.
Assisting teachers with classroom learning and intervention activities.
Working closely with teaching staff, SEND teams and pastoral professionals.
Building positive relationships that improve engagement and outcomes.
