Position: Psychology Graduate (Teacher) – KS5

Start Date: September 2024
Contract: Full-time, Unqualified Teacher Pay Scale

At our client school, rated 'Good' by OFSTED, you'll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of students while enjoying a vibrant and welcoming community. As a Psychology Graduate employed as a Teacher, you'll be responsible for teaching both KS5 Psychology and KS5 Sociology, following the AQA exam board. Prior experience teaching either Psychology or Sociology is not a requirement as you will receive full support from their experienced Head of Department, as well as support, guidance, and unparallelled CPD offered by Tradewind Recruitment!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to co-ed classes with an average size of 15 pupils.
• Take on full responsibilities including planning and marking in both subjects.
• Collaborate with a small and supportive department to foster a stimulating learning environment & drive interest in Psychology & Sociology
• Ensure a safe, conducive environment where students can thrive personally and academically
