The Role

As a Psychology Graduate, you may work as a:

SEND Teaching Assistant
SEMH Support Assistant
Behaviour Support Assistant
Learning Mentor
Inclusion Support Assistant
Pastoral Support Assistant
Student Wellbeing Mentor
You'll gain invaluable experience by:

Supporting students on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
Working with pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH needs and additional learning needs.
Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
Helping students build confidence, resilience and independence.
Assisting teachers with classroom learning and interventions.
Working alongside pastoral, safeguarding and SEND teams.
Building positive relationships that improve engagement and outcomes.
Supporting students to achieve both academically and personally.
