We’re proud to work with a leading Psychology consultancy firm, who are seeking a Client Services Administrator on a 4-month fixed-term contract from May to the end of August 2024.

This is a fully remote role, offering the right individual the chance to create impactful change to people’s lives, as businesses become more aware, inclusive, and invested in creating positive workspaces for their neurodivergent colleagues. The role offers up to £23k per annum, working Monday to Friday 09:00am - 5:30pm.

Your role as Client Services Administrator will include the following:

Providing a professional service to all clients and delivering case updates.

Managing case queries from psychologists.

Responding to inbox queries and answering phone calls.

Chasing customers for completed documents required for booking appointments.

Using and entering data into the CRM system.

Educating customers on the services offered by the organisation.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

A degree or study within Psychology.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A passion for customer service.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Proficient in IT, with advanced understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Ability to handle multiple tasks at once with conflicting deadlines.

The Role:

As Client Servies Administrator, you will provide crucial administrative support to the Case Managers, ensuring a smooth and seamless operation. A fast-paced role and varied, you will be at ease handling multiple projects at once. From answering emails and phone calls, to chasing documentation and navigating the CRM system, you’ll be joining a supportive team that has seen incredible growth over the last few years.
