As Propositions Manager you will join the Customer Marketing team with the aim of growing digital subscriptions and revenue. The role will be a mix of strategy and execution and stakeholder management.

Description
Deliver strategy for propositions to drive subscriber and revenue growth
Work with insight and data team to support decision making for product portfolios
Work with wider commercial teams to support new propositions and manage the delivery of these
Influencing stakeholders and work cross functionally to implement propositions
Monitor and communicate the performance of propositions to the wider business, and propose innovative ways to continue to optimise ROI
Manage and support the development of the Propositions Executive to drive the performance of the Propositions team.Profile
Previous experience in a propositions team, ideally in the publishing space
Demonstrable analytical skills and ability to use data and research to identify trends and opportunities to define, develop and optimise customer-facing propositions.
A proven track record leading and executing projects, working cross-functionally with teams various teamsJob Offer
