Description:
We are working with a specialists in flow computing solutions and metering software, part of an international Oil & Gas Engineering and Technology organization that specialise in Operational Technology, Process Control, Safety Shut Down Systems and Metering/Measurement Instrumentation.
They are currently looking to appoint a new Proposals Engineer who will be responsible for completing high-quality proposals, quotations, bids, and tender responses that are both technically and commercially compliant with the client’s specifications. This role can be fully remote / work from home, anywhere in the UK.
This role doesn’t require previous experience in a dedicated Proposals Engineer position. It requires technical knowledge of either control systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC) or flow metering / measurement computer systems. Therefore, anyone with experience in writing proposals, bids, and quotations as part of their job (e.g., Lead/Senior Controls Engineers) will also be suitable and considered. They will also consider established Proposals Engineers, Bid Managers etc who have experience with similar technologies and engineering solutions.
This is a long-term (12 months+) contract, inside IR35, paid £40 - £50+ per hour UMB, depending on experience. This role can be fully remote if preferred, occasional visits to their Malton, Yorkshire office will be required.
