Are you the person who naturally notices when something doesn't look right and takes action before it becomes a bigger problem?

Do you enjoy creating your own structure and discipline being able to work at a fast pace whilst retaining excellent attention to detail?

If that sounds like you, this could be a fantastic opportunity!

I am working with a well-established and highly respected property business in Cheltenham in the search for a Property Transaction Manager to work closely with the CEO and Head of Sales whilst providing overarching support to the sales team.

This is a pivotal role within the business where the successful candidate will take ownership of residential property transactions from agreed sale through to completion, ensuring every stage of the process runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for clients.

Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you will become the central point of coordination for property transactions, liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, lenders and other stakeholders to keep matters moving forward.

Duties will include:

Managing property transactions from agreed sale through to completion
Liaising with solicitors, conveyancers, lenders and clients
Monitoring progress and identifying potential delays or issues
Keeping all parties informed throughout the transaction
Reviewing documentation and ensuring required actions are completed
Coordinating exchanges and completions
Maintaining accurate records and transaction updates
Continually looking for ways to improve processes and efficiencyI am looking to speak with exceptionally organised individuals who have managed complex processes and multiple stakeholders in a service driven industry.

Someone with experience within conveyancing, property law, sales progression or residential property would be highly beneficial, but this is not essential.

What matters more is that you are a strong communicator who builds credibility quickly and who remains calm under pressure.

Additionally you will be:

Highly organised and detail-oriented
Proactive and solution-focused
Commercially aware and professional
Comfortable working with high expectations
Able to take ownership and see tasks through to completion
Interested in using technology and AI to improve efficiency and effectivenessThis is a chance to join a growing business where your contribution will genuinely make a difference.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to every stage of the sales process and have genuine opportunities to grow your career as the business continues to evolve.

For the right person, this role offers far more than simply progressing transactions. It offers the opportunity to become a trusted and valued part of a successful property business.

Please note this role is in Cheltenham and is office based.
