* Monitor contractor performance, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

* Support value-for-money outcomes by following procurement and financial procedures.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to deliver excellent outcomes for customers and communities.

You'll bring:

* A HND/HNC in Building or Construction (or equivalent), or a degree in Building Surveying.

* Significant post-qualification experience in property management or surveying, ideally within social housing.

* Experience of carrying out property inspections and assessing building conditions.

* Strong contractor management and performance monitoring skills.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

* A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

* The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.

* Experience supporting financial administration, including invoices and expenses.

* A collaborative approach that supports colleagues and contributes positively to team success.

* A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
