Description:
I am looking for a Repairs Surveyor to join a supported housing provider on a 2 month contract. The Repairs Surveyor will be responsible for day to day repairs surveys across 19 schemes. This role does require travel across the South East.
Repairs Surveyor duties:
- Carry out general day to day surveys of the schemes
- Obtain quotes from contractors
- Ensure compliance records are all up to date
